I’m not a great beer connoisseur but I do enjoy beer and I thought it was a fun date night idea to buy a few different craft beers for my hubby and I to taste and rate and…it was fun! The book provides a number of rating options, and by about my third beer sample (I’m a lightweight) I was ignoring most of them. It was still fun to document my impressions of the beer and give it a star rating. This book offers a good rating option for the simple beer enjoyers and more complex rating options for the more refined connoisseurs.
I thought this would be for home brewers to track the different recipes they made. It's totally made to simply rate beer you drank somewhere. That said it's great for that purpose.
Absolutely love this journal. Great quality journal Once I received it my boyfriend and I had to go out to the brewery and use it. It's a unique way to remember the flavors and memories of both the beer and the company.
